  Very disappointing! I have a chronic skin condition that was diagnosed years ago. However, my skin condition is treatable and treatment is pretty standard with any practitioner; or so I thought. During my first visit I reconfirmed with Ms. Angela Coleman that she had a good understanding about my treatment and I specifically asked if she would be willing to call in a prescription if I need it a month, or so later ( again, standard treatment for my condition). She verbally confirmed at the time that it would be no problem.
  Apparently, it is the patients responsibility to ensure that this office does their job and inputs appropriate notes on their charts, or you’re SOL. I recently called to request a prescription and was informed by staff that no such comment is documented on my chart. I was also told that I would need to come in for another visit in order to get a prescription.
  To some, that might be no big deal, but my problem is twofold: I have to pay for another visit ( last appointment cost me $230) because you refuse to call in a simple prescription, and you fail to follow through.
  In addition to unfulfilled commitments, the staff is lacking in their customer service. The woman I spoke to didn’t even care to check with Ms. Coleman.
  This might be acceptable to some, but I have no tolerance for being treated like this. I could understand if it had been six months since I had last been seen. In my case, it hasn’t even been two months.
  It was equally disappointing when I called to make my first appointment and the staff had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about treating my condition that is listed on their website!

  I have had excellent service from this office. They were flexible in getting me in (No waiting WEEKS or MONTHS) for an appt., and contacted me after hours when I had concerns. Everyone has been so polite and friendly, I am so glad a friend referred me to her!
